No Refunds Policy — Luxury Concierge Maid Service

At Wicked Handmaiden, we curate an elevated standard of private home care, blending meticulous housekeeping with discreet, concierge-level service. Our commitment to excellence ensures an uncompromising experience tailored to the refined expectations of our distinguished clientele. To preserve the exclusivity and precision of scheduling and service preparation, the following No Refunds Policy applies to all bookings.

1. All Reservations Are Final

Due to the bespoke nature of the services and the dedicated allocation of the luxury concierge for each appointment, all payments are final and non-refundable. This includes:

Individual cleaning and concierge appointments

Luxury service packages

Memberships and ongoing maintenance plans

Specialty add-ons and custom-tailored services

Once a reservation is confirmed, the time, luxury concierge, and resources are exclusively arranged for you and cannot be reassigned.

2. Rescheduling Accommodations

We understand that schedules may evolve. While payments are non-refundable, we offer a one-time complimentary rescheduling within 3 days notice.

To maintain the integrity of our concierge calendar:

Changes made with less than 48 hours notice will result in the forfeiture of the appointment.

We will make every effort to accommodate a revised time, though availability cannot be guaranteed due to high demand.

3. Excellence Assurance

Although refunds are not offered, our commitment to delivering an immaculate experience is unwavering.
If any aspect of your service does not reflect the elevated standards of Wicked Handmaiden:

Please notify us within 24 hours of service completion.

A complimentary refinement or touch-up may be scheduled at the earliest availability dependent on reported service excellency not being met.

This assurance reflects the dedication to superior quality and client satisfaction.

4. Access & Preparedness

To honor your reserved time, the luxury concierge arrives promptly and fully prepared.
If access to the property is unavailable or conditions prevent service from being completed, the appointment will be considered fulfilled, and no reschedule, refund, or credit will be provided.

5. Legal Requirements

Refunds will be granted only where mandated by applicable law, such as in the rare instance of a service not delivered or regulatory non-compliance.
Requests must be submitted in writing within 24 hours of the scheduled service.

6. Chargebacks

As part of the commitment to integrity and transparency, it is asked that clients communicate concerns directly with Wicked Handmaiden prior to initiating any chargeback.
Wicked Handmaiden reserves the right to contest unsupported chargebacks with detailed documentation of reservations, communications, and service completion.
