What area do you serve?
Our standard service radius is 30 miles in any direction from Landrum, SC. Travel beyond this radius is available and will incur an additional travel fee.
Where can I request service?
Our services may be performed in the client’s private residence, rental property, or business office.
Who can be at the location?
The primary client must be 21 years of age or older.
Only the scheduled client may be present during the appointment or the appointment will be terminated without refund.
For the comfort, privacy, and safety of all parties, no children or infants may be on-site during the service.
Pets must be secured in a separate, designated area prior to our arrival.
Can I Book for Someone Else?
Appointments may be arranged on behalf of another individual; however, this must be communicated and approved in advance. The designated recipient of the service must be 21 years of age or older. For verification and security purposes, the identification presented at the time of service must correspond exactly with the name under which the appointment was booked. Should the information fail to match, the appointment will be terminated immediately without refund.

Will You Bring Cleaning Supplies and Equipment?
No. Your Luxury Maid will exclusively utilize the cleaning products and equipment provided within your home or property. This approach upholds our commitment to your comfort and well-being, ensuring that no unfamiliar products are introduced into your environment and that any sensitivities or preferences are fully respected.
Clients are kindly asked to ensure that all necessary supplies and tools are available at the time of the appointment. As a courtesy and in alignment with our service policies, refunds cannot be issued for incomplete services resulting from unavailable supplies; your maid will simply perform to the highest standard possible with what is provided.
Is this legal?
Wicked Handmaiden services are exclusively for adults aged 21 and over. Our offerings, including lingerie and fantasy wear, are provided strictly as entertainment paired with professional, luxury cleaning services.
We uphold the highest standards of professionalism and do not engage in or condone any illegal activity. Any inappropriate requests, including propositions of a sexual or unlawful nature, will result in immediate termination of the appointment without refund.

Once verification is complete, you will have the opportunity to give a brief tour of your home or property and provide a private space for your maid to change. During this time, you may also share any special requests or preferences, allowing your maid to tailor the service to your exact needs.

Will Anyone Know About My Appointment?
Absolutely not. All appointments are handled with the utmost discretion and confidentiality. Your personal information is never shared with anyone outside of your maid.
Additionally, for your privacy, your maid does not arrive in a marked vehicles or uniform identifying the service. From arrival to departure, your experience is designed to be completely private, secure, and unobtrusive, ensuring peace of mind throughout your appointment.
Can I Touch the Maid, or Can the Maid Touch Me?
For the comfort, safety, and professionalism of clients and the maid, physical contact of any kind is strictly prohibited. The Luxury Maid provides a discreet, refined, and fully professional service, and maintaining these boundaries is essential to delivering the elevated experience you expect.

Can I Record or Photograph My Maid?
Absolutely not. For the privacy, safety, and professionalism of all parties, photography, video, or audio recording of your Luxury Maid is strictly prohibited.

Does Your Maid Do Anything More Than Clean?
Your Luxury Maid provides professional cleaning services with an elevated, entertainment-focused presentation. While the experience may include visual and stylistic elements to enhance your enjoyment, no sexual services or illegal activities are offered or permitted.
